Kaila_Btw 5b5292ef28 Update gradle build for new patch scripts

Gradle build
 * add Idlersc/Cache folder delete to gradle clean task now that cache autogenerates with client launch
 * include scripts in gradle release.

Client
 * Update client (it added these resources)
 * move helper scripts to /scripts folder (less confusing)
 * Fix git ignore for helper scripts to ignore only root folder copies of them (if moved to root)

No bank tav chaos
 * more fixes
