kristapsdz b903107c74 Big bump: split out reading of network sensitive data into input.c.
Now, khttp_parse() will fork and read from stdin in a child process
(which will be sandboxed). The parent process reads `safe' input from
the child.

While here, make sure that khttp_parse() doesn't exit() on any memory
allocation failures--instead, return an error code and let the caller
worry about it.
