Bryant Luk d0391a1321 MAGETWO-36431: [Quality] Investigate and try to fix performance of unit tests 
- Remove the loading of the complete Magento 2 ObjectManager in the unit tests
  PHPUnit would try to serialize/unserialize global state before/after every
  test which caused small performance degradation around every test
- Use a stub generator just for Extension and ExtensionInterface types so that
  the references will resolve
- Remove the generation of everything else (Factories, Proxies, etc.)
