Andrey Legayev d0687d1d68 Static Content Deploy - Sort JS Translations to have them in the same order on every build 
We've faced an issue on BitBucket Pipelines: every build had own unique order of JS translations.
We couldn't see the real diff between builds because of it.
Simple alphabetical sorting of translations resolves this issue.

- Changed InlineTest, which has an Inline class object and not a Translate class object

Danny Verkade b5ee41544b - Expanded to ReadInterface to include the readAll function, since a class implementing the ReadInterface should have this function in order to substitute the Read class. 
- Removed comment variable declarations from other file where the type is declared. This was necessary due to the missing function in the interface. Autocompleting this function now works properly, so these comments can be removed.

Some template files from extensions cause the js-translation.json file to contain an empty array. The try-catch block prevents this and will just exclude that specific file from the loaded language strings, since it's almost impossible to debug which file is causing this.

Bart Delvaux aad62df2f1 The strings of static html files (like minicart in checkout) are not loaded in the js-translate.json 
With this fix, these files will be in the list and could be translated trough the jstranslator function
