Via `bin/compile-bash-autocompletion`.
The script
build/bin/compile-bash-autocomplemetion-sh
creates (when invoked from a Zsh shell) an autocompletion file for Zsh.
This causes an error as the generated file is used in a bash environment.
Fix is to make the generation for the bash autocompletion explicit by
using the --shell=bash switch for the symfony-autocomplete tool.

Add an autoloader decorator. The decorator mirrors the autoloader
pathes of n98-magerun2 to the Magento core autoloader.
Add support to exclude tests for different magento versions.
And forward port of Magerun static bash automcompletion compilation.
More space in project root directory and align it's name with the other
autocompletion files (fish, zsh).
Register symfony-console-autocomplete as a development requirement.
Reflect changes in docs.
Make autocompletion compiling a first-level command.
Integrate with Travis build.
This is a forward port from Magerun.
More stable build of the magerun phar-file.
Phar file build is now reproduceable:
- Sorting files based on their path to have the same order when building
the phar.
- Composer autoloader is suffixed with the timestamp of last commit.
- Timestamps within the phar file are reset to the last commit
(unchanged).
The build requirements (phing, phar-utils) are now proper dev-requirents
in composer.json (composer was a non-dev requirement already). All three
tools used to build the phar file are now part of the direct project
requirements.
Additionally all dependencies are now compatible with PHP minimum
version 5.6.0. This is reflected in the build now properly due
to composer.lock fixation.
when running from scratch the .n98-magerun stopfile was created in the
wrong folder.
This happened because within the ensure_magento2_auth function which is
called in the process the working directory is changed.
Creating the stopfile in the correct place and with changes of 81decd5
allows to additionally remove the hint on the environment variable
N98_MAGERUN2_TEST_MAGENTO_ROOT which is not needed any longer.

Database-port was not supported previously in Magerun2 script.
Additionally:
- The if-clause can be replaced by making use of the password longopt
instead of the short option (note: see as well POSIX).
- Switch to white foreground color in buildecho(), looks better.
Travis does a shallow clone and used a git version that does not support
to make a clone from the shallow repository that falls back to non-local
automatically.
Therefore the repository is unshallowed before the standard build script
is run.
set timestamp entries within the phar file to the timestamp of the
latest commit. this makes the creation and checksum of the phar-
file more reproduceable.
- composer require seld/phar-utils 1.0.1
- add phar-time-stamp-reset script (latest commit time-stamp)
- integration into build.sh
Script that allows to make Magento setup fail but not the entire build if
the reason is connectivity to the Mangeto composer repository.
This is a bit rough as the Magento repository is currently down but
builds are still needed.
Problems became immanent in ce5c3c5 and the verbose setting is now removed
again.

In a recent change 8115147 in 1.1.11 exceptions were swallowed by accident
leaving the install command with 0 exit status while being in error.
This qualifies as a flaw because the installer should exit early.
It came to light while getting Magento composer repository 500er errors
and then debugging the Magento install on Travis.

But this might only be a side-effect.
Additionally the -vvv switch has been added to the build to show error-
details for both the magerun and the composer command.

with the better error checking to fail early, it came to attention that
the procedure to install mysql 5.6 on travis trusty beta could be sim-
plified as the package is now directly available.

add a check of the return code for the mysql 5.6 on travis.
bash unofficial strict mode is enabled for the mysql etup srcipt as well.
these changes make the travis build fail early in case sudo does not work
which was triggered when forking the project.
streamline with the circl-ci build:
- centralize magneto connect public build credentials.
- script is sourced, not executed. remove shebang.
- travis.yml reorder env: global, secure and matrix.
- remove shebang on source files.
composer in the build directory gave a warning that composer.lock was
outdated.
this was due to a change in 1fc5d86 of which this commit then is a fix-up.
- improve code coverage file argument error message
- improve phar related files location
- git-ingore n98-magerun2.phar - that file should never become part of
this repository. build.xml changed accordingly (this is different to
magerun 1).
