Tom Klingenberg 744adab96a Remove Magento 1 cruft from bootstrap 
The bootstrap file has been copied over from Magerun 1 with workarounds
for Magento 1.x which are not needed for Magerun 2.

Tom Klingenberg 370cdcb0fb [TASK] move dev/tests to tests 
common test path in Magerun 1 and many other PHP projects.

phpunit.xml has been renamed to phpunit.xml.dist which is the common
distribution form of it.

the .gitignore file has been updated to reflect these changes.

historical note: dev/tests was simmilar to Magento 2 structure.
