phil294 e78081b64f fix handling single instance 
was broken because of the AppImage wrapper.
Also, instead of relying on a hacky `pgrep` output, this now works with a lockfile under /tmp. It would be even better to use `fcntl` but it's an annoying api

phil294 53fa4c75a8 x11: grab keys: watch the active window and keep re-grabbing the keys there instead of doing so on the root window. 
While the latter was easier, we avoid losing focus from the active window while a grabbed key is pressed down. This helps avoiding various popups and menus from auto-closing on hotkey press.

phil294 9f976a5757 x11: on grabbed hotkey press, send the hotkey's underlying key (xdotool bug workaround) *only if* the first command is a Send or SendRaw 
In other words, if the hotkey isn't used for sending text (which we assume it isn't if the first command is something else, out of simplicity), it's okay for the key to be eaten up a bit. Doing the Send workaround does send something to X11 after all which could be undesired and should be avoided: See:

phil294 e95e11c267 add Gui, Option Unnamed Style and Unnamed ExStyle 
but only `+0x80000000` and `+E0x8000000` for now, as they are needed for https://github.com/phil294/vimium-everywhere/issues/3. Other styles are probably very low priority or just don't apply on Linux at all.

phil294 695222d20c disallow running the installer as root 
this can crash unrelated gtk applications such as xfce4-session and thus brick the whole system. See also #6

I thought I had prevented this from happening already but apparently all it took was a `sudo ahk_x11` and click INSTALL
