kristapsdz 2b6dfc6bc1 Add pkg-config scripts to make using the library easier. This updates to the
newest oconfigure which tells us whether we need -lmd etc. Also require -lm
by default for kcgijson. (For now.)

kristapsdz 685abdeced Full switch to oconfigure instead of current system, so remove all of the
test and compat files. These are now in tests.c and compats.c, and driven
by the configure script. Also remove the MD5 code, which is part of
compats.c. Lastly, move ifdefs to ifs, remove defined (same), and also
remove HAVE_CONFIG_H.

kristapsdz b903107c74 Big bump: split out reading of network sensitive data into input.c.
Now, khttp_parse() will fork and read from stdin in a child process
(which will be sandboxed). The parent process reads `safe' input from
the child.

While here, make sure that khttp_parse() doesn't exit() on any memory
allocation failures--instead, return an error code and let the caller
worry about it.
