Rename khtml_close to khtml_closeleem.

(Re-)Add khtml_close to close the HTML context like in the other libs.
Add khtml_open.
Remove khtml_text from the manpage.
Have khtml_close* return int.
Remove assertions from khtml_close*.
Have kxml_close and kjson_close close out the open scope.
