kristapsdz	91bc550913	Patch by schwarze@ to convert all is* casts to unsigned char: ... "On signed char architectures, the range of (int)char is -128..127, but according to POSIX, is*(3) and tolower(3)/toupper(3), even though they take int arguments, are undefined for negative arguments.
